I notice there was a large auction being held for foreclosures. What are your thoughts on all of these type of auctions being held all over the country. Good or Bad?
Yes they where up in July. The funny thing is they really arent slow right now neither. We are having a really good winter.
Texas winter is over. Interest rates are still low. The government is giving $7500 to buy a house. I have already noticed homes selling faster. I can’t wait till summer. Thanks for the comment.
